As a Process Data Engineer & Scrum Master you will:

• Develop new data solutions for process data in an agile delivery team and continuously improve existing solutions.
• Translate complex business questions into effective data solutions, communicating results clearly to stakeholders.
• Expand your knowledge, network actively, and share experiences within and beyond the team.
• Lead the delivery team (~40%) as Delivery Team Lead, ensuring team delivery, fostering agile practices, and creating an optimal collaborative environment.

Qualifications:

• Higher education (FH/Uni) in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification.
• In-depth experience in data analysis, data engineering, and data modelling – with knowledge of data lake technologies (Kafka, Spark, Iceberg, etc.) and relational technologies (Oracle). Experience in software engineering (e.g., Java) is a plus.
• Experience with Agile methods (Scrum), ideally in a role as Delivery Team Lead or Scrum Master.
• Interest in process optimization, process and data visualization, and enjoyment of working with functional requirements.
• Open, communicative personality with a sense of responsibility and teamwork.
• Fluent German in spoken and written form, good English skills.
