We are looking for an HR Analyst to join our growing team. —someone with strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and creative ideas that make a difference.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the country-level Workday Superuser, ensuring correct usage, data accuracy, and adherence to global HR standards and processes.
- Provide functional support to HR users and managers, including troubleshooting system issues and responding to Workday-related inquiries.
- Maintain high-quality HR data by monitoring data integrity, performing regular audits, and resolving discrepancies.
- Participate in the global payroll project rollout, including requirements gathering, system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment support.
- Collaborate with global HRIS, payroll, IT, and external vendors to ensure smooth system integration and process alignment.
- Support system enhancements, updates, and new module implementations within Workday.
- Develop and maintain user documentation and training materials; deliver training sessions as needed.
- Translate global HRIS processes into local operational practices while ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Act as a change ambassador, supporting adoption of new HR and payroll processes within the country.
- Previous experience working with a global HR Information System (HRIS), preferably Workday.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, data structures, and system-driven workflows.
- Experience participating in HR or payroll system implementations or rollouts is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively work with both global and local teams.
- Fluency in English & Turkish (written and spoken).
- Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to understand complex systems and identify process improvements.
- Experience in a multinational or matrix organization.
- Payroll process knowledge or experience supporting payroll systems.
- Experience in system testing, UAT, or change management activities.
