CACI is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate system modernization programs. In this full-time role, you will support multiple Agile teams, ensuring they adopt Scrum practices effectively while collaborating with Product Owners and engineering teams. Your guidance will foster a culture of improvement and deliver consistent project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies for multiple Agile teams

• Support backlog refinement and work prioritization

• Optimize flow and mentor teams on Agile practices

• Monitor and present Agile performance metrics

• Enforce working agreements and acceptance criteria

Requirements:

• 5+ years as a Scrum Master in Agile environments

• 2+ years facilitating Agile teams in SAFe frameworks

• Strong skills in Scrum metrics and Lean principles

• Ability to communicate technical dependencies clearly

• Must maintain a Secret Clearance
