This role involves daily customer support, user setup in Active Directory, and desktop configuration through Help Bench. The candidate will also create user documentation, communicate application issues to stakeholders, and support software testing. Proficiency in customer service and technical problem resolution is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide remote client support via multiple channels
• Manage user setup and maintenance in Active Directory
• Troubleshoot desktop and laptop setups effectively
• Develop and present user documentation
• Communicate proactively about application issues
Requirements:
• College diploma or degree in computer science
• 1-3 years work experience in a support role
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Suite and 365
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
