Scholt Energy in Eindhoven zoekt een Servicedesk Agent die het eerste aanspreekpunt is voor de IT-Operations afdeling. Je vangt meldingen van collega's op en zorgt ervoor dat zij snel verder kunnen werken. Je documenteert zorgvuldig en weet wanneer je moet doorverwijzen naar de juiste specialisten.
Met een mbo-niveau 4 opleiding in IT-Beheer en relevante ervaring, ben je in staat om klantcontact te onderhouden en problemen effectief op te lossen. Bij Scholt Energy krijg je de kans om te groeien binnen een internationale setting.
