Position: Salesforce Scrum Master Hybrid Role

We are on the lookout for a talented Salesforce Scrum Master to drive end-to-end Agile delivery. This role entails managing Scrum ceremonies, coaching teams on Agile best practices, and overseeing the backlog. You will collaborate with the Product Owner to align user stories while ensuring sprint readiness and addressing impediments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning and Retrospectives

• Manage Agile delivery for Salesforce programs effectively

• Collaborate with Product Owner on backlog prioritization

• Proactively resolve impediments, risks, and dependencies

• Drive Agile metrics such as velocity and sprint health

Requirements:

• Proven Scrum Master experience in Salesforce environments

• Solid knowledge of Salesforce platforms including Sales and Service Cloud

• Expertise in Agile methodologies and JIRA tools

• Strong stakeholder management skills

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM or PSM) mandatory
