We have an exciting opportunity to join Capgemini as a Network Operations Analyst supporting a variety of Private & Public sector clients within our vast portfolio. Our Network Operations Centre (NOC) provides support at all levels for a multitude of technologies across complex landscapes, providing expertise to deliver a stable, secure, efficient and well‑managed infrastructure over the full lifecycle of each solution.

Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

As an integral part of a Network Operations Centre, you’ll have opportunities to develop both yourself and our collective capabilities performing a mixture of run and project activities with other like‑minded Network Analysts. As part of the team, you’ll be empowered to:

• Troubleshoot and configure enterprise networks.
• Be responsible for network incident diagnostics and resolution.
• Implement network changes.
• Undertake project tasks, supporting both internal and external project managers.
• Strengthen and bolster your existing capabilities through professional training, certifications, and experiences.

• Proven track record supporting enterprise networks with valid networking technical certifications demonstrating proficiency.
• Experience supporting Azure networking services, including VNets, routing, NSGs, hybrid connectivity, firewalls and cloud troubleshooting.
• In‑depth experience supporting Cisco ACI software‑defined networks (multi‑site & multi‑pod).
• Experienced in supporting firewalls (Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Cisco Firepower, Cisco ASA & Any Connect Remote Access).
• Troubleshooting and fault‑finding routing issues (BGP, OSPF & EIGRP).
• Deep understanding of networking protocols (e.g., IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP).
