Key Responsibilities Act as key interface between customers, technical teams, and product team providing Functional Support & Incident Management Design and deliver training sessions (remote and on-site) Adapt training content to different user profiles Produce user guides and procedures Analyse and qualify functional incidents Identify root causes and propose appropriate solutions Support users in resolving issues Assist users in configuring the solution to their specific needs Identify recurring issues Propose product and process improvements What Youll Need:
