At Kramp, our supply chain is the backbone of our business. Every day, our digital products enable thousands of customer orders to move efficiently through our warehouses and transport network across Europe.
We're looking for a Business Analyst (Senior) to join our Supply Chain Product Organisation. You'll play a key role in improving the digital capabilities that support our warehouse and transport operations while contributing to one of Kramp’s largest digital transformation programmes.

Your roleAs a Business Analyst, you are responsible for understanding business needs and translating them into scalable digital solutions. You analyse warehouse and transport processes, identify opportunities for improvement and ensure that new capabilities create measurable value for our operations.
Working across product teams, you will translate business impacts into requirements and enhancements for our WMS and TMS products. By identifying dependencies, aligning stakeholders, and validating solutions, you ensure our end-to-end Order-to-Deliver processes remain efficient and reliable throughout the transformation.
A key focus of the role is supporting SPRING, Kramp’s ERP transformation programme. As Order Management capabilities move to the Manhattan platform, you will assess impacts on warehouse and transport processes, translate these into product requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a smooth end-to-end Order-to-Deliver flow.
Alongside the transformation programme, you will continuously improve our digital products to make our warehouses and transport network more efficient, scalable, and future-ready.
What you’ll do- Analyse warehouse and transport processes and identify opportunities to improve digital capabilities.
- Translate business needs into clear requirements and solution designs.
- Assess the impact of ERP and Order Management changes on WMS and TMS.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, engineers and Operations throughout discovery, delivery and implementation.
- Support testing, implementation and business adoption of new capabilities.
- Validate business outcomes and measure operational impact.
- Contribute to the successful delivery of the SPRING ERP transformation.
You will be part of the Supply Chain Product Organisation and report to the Head of Product Supply Chain.
You work within the Order-to-Deliver (OTD) domain, partnering closely with Operations, Product Owners and engineering teams across Europe. Together, you develop and improve the digital products that enable our fulfilment and transport processes.
Your primary focus is the digital capabilities supporting Warehouse Management and Transport Management, ensuring they continue to meet the needs of a growing European supply chain.
Who are you?You are an experienced Business Analyst who enjoys working in a complex supply chain environment where technology and operations come together.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Supply Chain, Logistics, or IT.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and/or Transport Management Systems (TMS).
- A solid understanding of warehouse, fulfilment, and transportation processes.
- Experience working in agile, cross-functional product teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to translate complex business challenges into practical digital solutions.
- Experience with ERP implementations, system integrations, or Manhattan solutions is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English;
Dutch language skills are preferred. - An energetic, proactive, and collaborative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
Please note that this is a hybrid role (home and office) and requires flexibility to work from both our Utrecht office and our headquarters in Varsseveld. The main work location is at our Varsseveld office of approximately 2 days per week.
