Position: Remote UX Designer with Security Clearance
Location: Saint-Antoine-sur-Richelieu

Join a dynamic team as a Remote UX Designer, leveraging your security clearance and expertise in Figma. This role focuses on creating user-friendly designs through collaboration and iteration.

In this 5.5-month contract position, you will apply your 5+ years of UX design experience to enhance digital products, including web and apps. Using your strong research skills, you will work closely with cross-functional partners to understand user needs and translate them into innovative wireframes and prototypes. With an emphasis on execution, you'll build screens and refine designs based on user feedback and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate across teams to identify user needs

• Create flows, wireframes, and prototypes using Figma

• Iterate on designs through A/B testing and user research

• Work closely with developers to implement designs

• Analyze existing experiences for improvement opportunities

Requirements:

• 5+ years of UX design experience

• Active security clearance

• Experience with Figma and Miro

• Strong research and communication skills

• Background in digital products development
