Xideral is seeking an OCM Lead with over 10 years of organizational change management experience for a major ERP transformation project. You'll define and implement change strategies, ensuring alignment with technology and organizational goals. Your expertise in SAP S/4

HANA will significantly impact the business processes and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute change management strategy for SAP S/4

HANA

• Lead stakeholder engagement activities and impact analysis

• Design targeted communication plans for stakeholders

• Oversee training initiatives for end user competency

• Manage resistance to change, promoting user adoption

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in related field;
Master's preferred

• 10+ years in organizational change management

• Significant ERP implementation experience, ideally SAP S/4

HANA

• Proficient in change management methodologies (ADKAR, Prosci)

• Certification in change management (Prosci or equivalent)
