Service Now ITOM / CMDB Platform Architect

• Permanent.
This is a permanent hybrid working role in the UK – travel required to the nearest UK office as and when appropriate.
Key Requirements- 10 years+ Consulting experience.
- 5 years+ Service Now experience.
- Hands‑on experience with ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, ITAM, HRSD, IRM.
- CMDB.
- Service Now Certified.
This role involves design, roadmaps, supporting presales, solutioning, analysis and working with the customer and delivery.
