This leadership role focuses on growing our D365 Business Central practice. You will lead client engagements from solution design to deployment, serving as a trusted advisor in improving operational workflows across finance, sales, and inventory.
You’ll manage multiple projects while coaching consultants to ensure success and quality deliverables.
Key Responsibilities- Lead D365 Business Central implementations from start to finish
- Manage client engagement scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Build and maintain solid client relationships
- Review quality assurance for documentation and training
- Coach and develop consultants within the practice
- 8+ years with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central
- Proven leadership in ERP consulting engagements
- Deep knowledge of finance and operational processes
- Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field
