Change Management Recruiter Remote

Join Pyramid Consulting, Inc. as a Change Management Recruiter supporting US Pacific hours from anywhere in Canada. Utilize your expertise in enterprise platform implementations and stakeholder communication to drive success.

This remote role calls for a seasoned professional with over five years of change management experience. You will be responsible for crafting strategic communications, designing training materials, and executing stakeholder assessments during system rollouts.

Your role is critical in ensuring effective change adoption across procurement and supplier management functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own comprehensive communications production for four releases

• Coordinate training curriculum for Zip and Coupa SIM implementations

• Execute stakeholder impact assessments for contract management

• Manage enterprise-wide activities for global deployments

• Drive readiness assessments for all enablement materials

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field

• 5+ years of change management experience

• Experience with Coupa or Oracle Procurement platforms

• Proven ability to manage concurrent projects

• Change management certification (ADKAR or equivalent)
