Position: Data Scientist Hybrid Role at Guideline
Transform data into insights with Guideline as a Data Scientist in a hybrid model. Contribute to predictive modeling and analysis that drives client engagement and revenue generation.

The Insights team at Guideline seeks a Data Scientist to deliver valuable data products and insights. You will leverage your skills in data analytics, modeling, and forecasting reporting to the Chief Insights & Analytics Officer. This role combines technical expertise with business acumen to support multiple sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze structured and unstructured data for actionable insights

• Build predictive models for market trends and revenue forecasts

• Create compelling visuals and narratives to communicate data trends

• Collaborate with experts to develop features and test hypotheses

• Partner with product and sales teams to deliver insights aligned with needs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, statistics, or relevant experience

• 3-5 years in building data models and forecasts

• Proficient in Python and machine learning

• Experience with AWS or Snowflake is a plus

• Strong communication skills in writing and speaking
