• 2+ years of experience
• Called to the bar in Canada
• Reporting into Global Head of Legal, will be joining a global team of commercial lawyers

• Review and negotiate Master Services Agreements and Statements of Work (our templates and customer forms)
• Lead negotiations with customer’s legal and sales team

• Draft and negotiate new partnership and referral agreement
• Support renewals and ongoing partner matters (e.g., AWS, Microsoft, Oracle, Crowd Strike)
• Identify and manage legal risks related to reseller and third‑party arrangement

• Develop contract templates for internally created product
• Ensure appropriate protections (e.g., IP, acceptable use, customer rights) are reflected in customer agreement
• Standardize terms and language across platforms and offering
• Maintain and update templates, including integrating those from acquisition

• Provide general legal support across various business units, including reviewing and negotiating vendor agreements, working on customer termination files, advising on risk, and assisting with a broad range of commercial and operational matters
