  • Track project performance against agreed objectives and commercial targets.
  • Coordinate project tasks across technical teams and client stakeholders.
  • Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements during workshops and project meetings.
  • Support successful project handovers into ongoing operational support where required.
  • Contribute to the refinement of project management processes, documentation, and delivery standards.
  • Assist with internal business improvement projects as required.
Skills & Experience
  • Experience managing IT or business systems implementation projects.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent planning, organisation, and time management skills.
  • Ability to communicate confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience producing clear project documentation and reports.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to balance client expectations and project objectives.
  • Project management certification (such as PRINCE2, Agile, PMP, or equivalent).

  • Strong leadership and decision-making ability.
  • Proactive and adaptable approach.
  • Effective relationship-building and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to prioritise competing demands.
  • Collaborative mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
