The company aspires to become a global analytics firm, focusing on socially conscious projects such as clean technology, clean energy, non‑profit and government sector. AAARL aims to make analytics, AI and machine learning accessible to everyone.

The Analytics Consultant will serve as client liaison, lead business development and perform full‑scope consulting work while collaborating closely with the CEO and teams. This role blends startup agility with client‑centric strategy, requiring a blend of analytics, marketing, and sales skills.

• Identify and engage new businesses and organizations for revenue opportunities.
• Manage and grow the sales and business‑development pipeline.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing prospects and clients.
• Advocate AAARL brand awareness across all touchpoints.
• Allocate and oversee marketing budgets in partnership with the CEO.
• Serve as liaison and business consultant on client projects.
• Design, build, and promote new services, products and marketing collateral with the CEO.
• Conduct analytical business analysis on client projects, including business intelligence, strategy, measurement, predictive modeling, and optimization.
• Create proposals, lead project execution, and deliver presentations.
• Manage full spectrum of consulting tasks: sales, proposal writing, project execution, presentations.

• Post‑secondary education in business, analytics, economics, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or related fields.
• Master’s degree is a plus.
• Strong motivation, curiosity, and disciplined focus on excellence.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and meeting facilitation skills.
• Experienced in customer‑facing, sales, or business‑development roles.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics and digital marketing tactics.
• Background in statistical programming with R or Python.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Qlik.
• Startup or fast‑paced environment experience.
• Adaptability, teamwork, punctuality, and ability to learn quickly.
• Exposure to coding and technology fundamentals.

• On‑Target Earnings: $5,850 + employee stock options.
• Base salary of $3,500 per month plus commission + employee stock options.
