Job Overview
Our energy & resources client is seeking an Intermediate Salesforce Administrator/Consultant (58 Years) to configure, optimize, and administer Salesforce CRM solutions. Join a high-profile IT project team within the energy and utilities sector supporting Salesforce applications for multiple business units.
This role delivers end-to-end Salesforce configuration and administrative work, ensuring scalable CRM solutions tailored to diverse internal stakeholders. The position provides exposure across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud domains within a dynamic application support environment.
Location and Working ConditionsCalgary or Edmonton based candidates prefer onsite hybrid; outside Alberta, remote work. Must have your own computer for this contract.
Must Haves- 58+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
- Solid declarative configuration including Flows, Validation Rules, and Assignment Rules.
- Proficiency with Data Loader, Demand Tools, and Developer Console for Salesforce data management.
- Working knowledge of SOQL, SQL, and Dev Ops deployment tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field;
Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.

- Sales/Service Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Experience Cloud, CPQ, or Marketing Cloud.
- Familiarity with ATCO business processes and Salesforce implementations across business units.
- Build, configure, and deploy Salesforce components to extend CRM functionality.
- Collaborate with analysts, developers, and stakeholders to gather and document system requirements.
- Develop and execute test scripts to ensure quality and stability before deployment.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve user‑reported issues to maintain system performance.
- Manage user roles, permissions, and data access settings to uphold security standards.
- Document configurations and provide training on new Salesforce features.
- Monitor Salesforce releases and recommend improvements aligned with business needs.
