Position: Remote UX Designer with Security Clearance
Location: Quebec

Enhance user experiences as a Remote UX Designer requiring active security clearance. Collaborate across teams to create effective design solutions and deliver high-quality digital products.

This role spans over 5.5 months with the possibility of extension. As an experienced designer with a minimum of 5 years in UX, you will create wireframes, prototypes, and design patterns using tools like Figma and Miro. You’ll engage in A/B testing and usability research while iterating based on user feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with partners to understand user goals and needs

• Create flows, wireframes, and prototypes based on stakeholder input

• Refine designs through feedback, testing, and data insights

• Identify opportunities to improve existing user experiences

• Share design concepts with stakeholders and explain rationale

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a UX Designer

• Proficient in Figma and Miro

• Strong research and communication skills

• Active security clearance required

• Experience in digital products development
