Position: PPC Executive (Hybrid)

PPC Executive (Hybrid) - Leeds - £24k - £27k + excellent benefits

Our client is a specialist PPC agency based in Leeds, focused exclusively on performance marketing across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Paid Social.

They work with a diverse portfolio of clients across ecommerce and lead generation, managing campaigns across Paid Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and Meta Ads.

Due to continued growth and expansion, they are looking to recruit a PPC Executive to join their team based in Leeds

As a PPC Executive, you'll take an active role in the day-to-day management and optimisation of client campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Paid Social. You'll support strategy implementation, performance analysis, reporting, and account growth while working closely with senior members of the team.

Skills Required:

  • Minimum 1-year hands-on PPC experience
  • Experience managing campaigns across Google Ads
  • Experience or exposure to Microsoft Ads and Meta Ads
  • Understanding of Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns
  • Comfortable analysing performance data and identifying actionable insights
  • Experience preparing reports and communicating campaign performance clearly
  • Able to manage workload effectively within a fast-paced agency environment
  • Strong communication skills across email, calls, and meetings
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Google Ads certified or working towards certification

Desired Skills:

  • Previous experience within a digital marketing agency environment
  • Experience working with ecommerce campaigns and product feeds
  • Understanding of attribution and conversion tracking
  • Experience using GA4 and Google Tag Manager
  • Exposure to feed management platforms
  • Understanding of wider digital marketing disciplines including CRO, SEO, and web development

Hours:
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, 2 days working from home and 3 days office based.
