This role requires over five years of UX design experience. You will create workflows, wireframes, and prototypes leveraging digital tools like Figma and Miro. Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with teams to understand user needs
• Create effective designs using flows and prototypes
• Iterate designs through feedback and data analysis
• Work alongside developers to implement designs
• Conduct usability testing and A/B testing
Requirements:
• 5+ years of UX design experience
• Proficiency in Figma and Miro
• Strong research and communication skills
• Experience with web or app products
• Active security clearance required
