Scaled Inc is seeking a Remote End-user Support Technician in South Africa. This role involves migrating, configuring, and deploying Microsoft 365 applications, deploying desktop solutions, and managing Windows server infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in IT support, strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, and desktop support. A dedicated home office with high-speed internet and essential audio/video setup is required.
