In This Role, You Will
  • Recruit, coach, and lead a high‑performing Solutions Architecture team with deep expertise in Kubernetes, HPC, security, networking, and storage, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

  • Act as executive sponsor for strategic customers, guiding them from initial concept through large‑scale architectures, proofs of concept, and production deployments.
  • Partner closely with customers to understand complex AI and infrastructure requirements and translate them into scalable, production‑ready solutions.
  • Align capacity management, data center operations, and fleet operations to support the unique demands of AI and high‑performance workloads.
  • Establish KPIs, streamline workflows, and coordinate with Support to ensure measurable outcomes, rapid issue resolution, and exceptional customer experience.
  • Drive continuous improvement by incorporating field feedback into product enhancements, roadmap priorities, and operational excellence in a high‑growth environment.
Who You Are
  • B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 8+ years in solutions architecture, infrastructure engineering, or cloud services, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record designing, deploying, and optimizing large‑scale environments spanning cloud‑native technologies.
  • Familiarity with GPU‑based computing and distributed workloads is a strong plus.
  • Expertise in infrastructure frameworks, workload orchestration, performance tuning, and distributed systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, networking technologies, security practices, and enterprise storage systems.
  • Hands‑on familiarity with distributed cloud‑native and AI/ML workloads on GPU‑based computing at scale.
  • Exceptional ability to lead, inspire, and develop high‑performing teams, building an environment of trust and excellence.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to frame complex technical insights for diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven success in cross‑functional collaboration, balancing multiple priorities in a hyper‑growth environment.
  • Willing to travel up to 30% to engage with customers, attend industry events, and nurture cross‑functional collaboration.
