This is a fully remote position, can be based anywhere in Canada.

Responsibilities
Purchase Price Update and Maintenance:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and verify purchase pricing informationUpdate purchase prices in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and complianceMonitor and maintain purchase price records, addressing discrepancies promptlyEstablish guidelines for purchase price updates and communicate changes to relevant teamsProduct Creation:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather accurate product informationInput complete and correct product data into the ERP systemProcess new product creation requests promptly and accuratelyProduct Data Updates:
Update product data to reflect changes and ensure timely entry into the ERP systemMonitor and address data inconsistencies, aiming for standardization and accuracySupport data integration efforts for system synchronizationWorking with Large Data Sets:
Efficiently handle and process large volumes of data by utilizing Excel functionsEmploy data cleansing techniques to rectify inconsistencies or errorsConduct regular audits and validations to ensure data integrity and qualityUnderstanding ERP Functionality:
Develop a deep understanding of the ERP system's functionalities for product data managementUtilize the ERP system for data tasks, including entry, retrieval, and reportingCollaborate with the Product Data Team to provide feedback and improve processes and stay updated on system upgrades, enhancements, and new featuresRequirements
Previous experience in product data coordination or a related fieldStrong proficiency in Excel, including functions and formulasFamiliarity with working with large sets of data and conducting data analysisUnderstanding of ERP systems and their functionalities, particularly in product data managementExcellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and qualityStrong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyAnalytical mindset with the ability to identify and resolve data inconsistencies or errorsEffective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teamsStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing prioritiesKnowledge of data cleansing and data quality control techniques is a plus
