FCC is seeking an Agile Coach with 5-8 years of professional experience. This hybrid position focuses on coaching mature, cross-functional teams in Scrum and Kanban practices.

Your role will be pivotal in removing obstacles, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and strengthening collaboration across product delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach teams on Agile principles and product-centric practices

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and design-thinking workshops

• Support Product Owners to enhance collaboration and decision-making

• Help teams identify and navigate complex impediments

• Use metrics to assess and guide Agile maturity

Requirements:

• 5-8 years in Agile coaching or training roles
