Role: Senior / Principal Consultant – Microsoft Purview & Microsoft Cloud App Security (CASB)
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Purview & Microsoft Cloud App Security (CASB) Consultant to join our growing cybersecurity team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Microsoft security and compliance solutions, with hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and managing Microsoft Purview and Microsoft Cloud App Security (Defender for Cloud Apps).
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and support Microsoft Purview and Microsoft Cloud App Security (CASB) solutions.
Configure and manage Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Information Protection, Data Classification, Insider Risk Management, and Compliance Manager.
Implement and manage Microsoft Cloud App Security (Defender for Cloud Apps) policies for cloud application visibility, governance, and threat protection.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into secure technical solutions.
Integrate Microsoft security solutions with Microsoft 365, Azure, and enterprise applications.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize security and compliance environments.
Support security audits, compliance initiatives, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional security and cloud teams to deliver scalable security solutions.
Required
Skills & Experience:
10–15 years of overall IT experience with strong expertise in Microsoft Security and Compliance technologies.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview and Microsoft Cloud App Security (CASB) .
Strong understanding of Data Governance, Data Classification, DLP, Information Protection, and Compliance.
Experience with Microsoft 365 Security, Microsoft Entra (Azure AD), and Azure services.
Knowledge of cloud security, risk management, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Microsoft Security or Compliance certifications will be an added advantage.
