Join Garaga as a Remote Application Support Agent and leverage your customer service skills while assisting users on internal platforms like Jira. You will play a pivotal role in resolving user requests and enhancing user experience.
In this permanent position, you will provide first-level application support under the Director of Partner Pricing & Digital Product Support.
Your role will involve addressing simple user requests, escalating complex issues, and managing support tickets efficiently. Familiarity with the garage door manufacturing industry is a plus, and you will need to communicate effectively in English with users across Canada and the U.S.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to simple user requests via ticketing system and phone
• Escalate complex issues to relevant departments when necessary
• Document issues accurately in the ticket management system
• Communicate professionally to resolve user requests swiftly
• Manage support tickets through Jira, ensuring prompt resolution
Requirements:
• Background in garage door manufacturing preferred
• Strong problem diagnosis and escalation skills
• Ability to quickly learn new systems
• Fluent in written and verbal English
• Basic knowledge of Jira or similar systems
