Ascent People Ltd is recruiting a Senior IT Service Desk Engineer for a hybrid role requiring occasional visits to the Warrington office and the option to work remotely. The role includes on-call responsibilities outside normal hours and mentoring a small offshore service desk team in India.
You will manage IT service delivery across the EMEA region, drive customer satisfaction KPIs, host escalation meetings, coordinate with vendors and support the handover of IT projects into operations.
