, South Africa's leading online retailer, seeks a Zendesk Platform Engineer to own the CX tech stack from Cape Town. You’ll manage Zendesk and Survey Monkey platforms, drive integrations via REST, Webhooks and SDKs, and partner with vendors and internal teams to ensure scalability and governance.
You will build analytics pipelines with Big Query and Looker, conduct compliance reviews (POPIA/GDPR), and help shape adoption strategies aligned with business needs.
