Overview
To strengthen our Global Digital Commerce team, we are looking for a Regional Digital Commerce Operations Specialist professional for the EU area.
This role plays a key part in ensuring the efficient execution of our e‑commerce business across Europe. Working closely with the EU regional DC team, global teams and interfaces as well as external partners, you will coordinate operational activities across digital channels, maintain data consistency across platforms, and support the flawless execution of commercial and marketing plans. You will act as the operational backbone of the business, helping to deliver a best‑in‑class consumer experience while enabling sustainable digital growth.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and ensure the accurate execution of local digital commerce operations for the EU area across marketplaces, DTC and other digital sales channels.
Coordinate operational workflows, support product launches, assortment updates, seasonal activations and delisting activities, ensuring timely and accurate implementation.
Manage and maintain product catalogs, content, pricing, availability and promotional activations across multiple platforms and systems.
Ensure consistency and quality of digital commerce master data across PIM, e‑commerce platforms, retailer environments and other connected systems.
Monitor storefront quality, user experience, product visibility and operational performance, identifying issues and improvement opportunities.
Act as a coordination hub for issue resolution, collaborating with IT, Logistics, Customer Service, Finance, Marketing, other global teams and external partners.
Execute and monitor promotional and commercial activities, ensuring alignment with commercial priorities and business objectives.
Provide local operational insights and performance reporting, supporting business reviews, forecasting activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with Digital Key Account Managers, Activation Teams, CRM Specialists and Global Digital Commerce functions to translate commercial and marketing plans into flawless execution.
Support the implementation of global frameworks, tools and best practices while providing structured feedback from EU regional operations.
Act as a key user for Digital Commerce platforms and tools, contributing to testing, process improvements, user adoption and issue escalation.
Contribute to the optimization of operational processes, governance standards and ways of working across the Digital Commerce organization.
Qualifications
Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Digital Commerce or a comparable field.
2+ years of experience in Digital Commerce, E‑commerce Operations, Marketplace Operations, Online Retail or a comparable environment.
Solid understanding of digital commerce operations, product catalog management, pricing and promotions execution and e‑commerce platforms.
Familiarity with digital commerce ecosystems and business applications such as PIM, DAM, analytics platforms and e‑commerce solutions.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data and operational insights into concrete actions.
High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and execution quality.
Good technical affinity and ability to work across multiple digital platforms and systems.
Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
Proactive, structured and solution‑oriented way of working.
Experience in FMCG, Consumer Goods, Retail or Marketplace environments is an advantage.
Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Atlassian is a plus.
Fluent in English and Italian, German is an advantage.

In accordance with EU Directive 2023/970 on pay transparency, we indicate a starting salary of 37.000 € (gross annual salary) for this position. The exact classification may be adjusted based on clearly defined, objective criteria such as professional experience, skill level and the scope of responsibility required.
