The Power BI & Data Analyst bridges the gap between raw data and business insight. This role ensures that clean, well‑structured, and trusted data is available to decision‑makers across Bugaboo Group, and that the tools and models built on top of that data are reliable, consistent, and self‑service ready. The role is central to the migration to Microsoft Fabric and the rollout of Power BI across all three brands.

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data models using SQL and dbt to deliver trusted business insights.
• Develop and optimize Power BI semantic models, dashboards, and reports that enable self‑service analytics across the organization.
• Partner with Finance, Commercial, and Operations teams to translate business needs into impactful data solutions and actionable insights.
• Support stakeholders with financial, commercial, and operational reporting, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Help drive Bugaboo's data platform evolution, including the migration to Microsoft Fabric and the implementation of data governance best practices.
• Ensure data quality, reliability, and documentation standards across the analytics ecosystem.
• Contribute to building a data‑driven culture by improving access to data, enabling self‑service reporting, and exploring new analytics capabilities.

• Strong proficiency in SQL; experience with Python for data manipulation and analysis
• Hands‑on experience with dbt (Core or Cloud) — models, tests, sources, and documentation
• Power BI semantic model design and DAX — not just report building, but understanding the data layer underneath
• Understanding of data modelling, data warehousing, and medallion lakehouse architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold)
• Experience with Azure cloud services — Azure Data Lake, Synapse, or Microsoft Fabric
• Ability to work with structured, semi‑structured, and unstructured data
• Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle complex data landscapes
