This role involves serving as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach across multiple software development projects, applying SAFe principles and supporting the adoption of Agile practices throughout the organisation.

• Lead several projects simultaneously and matrix manage multiple product line teams.
• Improve the current Scrum environment by assessing maturity, elevating practices, and strengthening procedures.
• Build a trusting, safe, and open environment for discussion and progression.
• Support and educate Product Owners, stakeholders, and teams on backlog grooming and maintenance.
• Engage project teams to adopt a true Agile culture and way of working.
• Re‑educate teams and drive organisational change beyond the development squads.

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master with multiple development teams.
• Hands‑on experience in Agile transformation projects and SAFe implementation.
• Familiarity with structured project management frameworks such as Prince II or PMP (certifications not required).
• Knowledge of web and enterprise software, preferably in .Net/C# environments.
• Background as a software developer, tester, or QA is highly desirable.
