Apogee Corporation is seeking a Level 1 Helpdesk Technician to join our Enterprise Services team in Maidstone. You will provide remote support for printing, scanning, and network queries, and triage desktop/laptop issues within our Managed IT Services.
You will use remote tools to diagnose problems, communicate incident progress clearly to clients, and ensure issues resolve within SLAs. This role offers flexible working, with two days per week remote, and a supportive team environment.
