Yusen Logistics is seeking a proactive IT Support Analyst (2nd Line) for our Northampton Sustainable Distribution Centre. You will manage local IT projects, deliver 2nd-line support, and ensure documentation and governance align with BAU processes.
You will assist with diverse IT infrastructure challenges, from networks to endpoints, and collaborate with suppliers and senior stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
