A fast-paced technology consultancy operating across the UK’s digital transformation landscape, we partner with mid‑market enterprises to deploy, configure, and optimize SaaS platforms—from CRM and ERP to workflow automation and customer success tools. Our Implementation Specialists bridge the gap between product capabilities and real‑world business outcomes, ensuring rapid onboarding, adoption, and ROI for clients across finance, healthcare, and professional services.

• Lead end-to-end implementation of cloud-based SaaS platforms for UK-based clients—from discovery and scoping through go-live and handoff.
• Configure system settings, data models, user roles, and automation workflows to align with client business processes.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, translate them into technical specs, and validate functionality during UAT.
• Train end-users and internal stakeholders on platform features, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Document implementation plans, configurations, and post-go-live support playbooks for knowledge transfer and scalability.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Support, Product) to resolve blockers and ensure smooth client transitions.
