Salary: £32,000 - 68,000 per year

Requirements
  • We are looking for a confident and capable IT Support Specialist with experience from an outsourced Microsoft IT support environment.
  • You must be Microsoft Certified.
  • You must be able to drive.
  • You should have a friendly, outgoing nature and a can‑do attitude.
  • You must be competent at problem solving and able to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities
  • We resolve complex technical issues and provide exceptional IT support to our clients both remotely and on‑site.
  • We diagnose and resolve escalated technical issues that cannot be handled by 1st and 2nd line support.
  • We provide expert guidance to junior support staff and assist with troubleshooting and problem‑solving.
  • We support 1st and 2nd line tickets when needed to meet business needs.
  • We travel to client sites to resolve issues that cannot be fixed remotely.
  • We install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network components.
  • We conduct system audits and provide comprehensive reports on IT environments.
  • We assist with IT infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and new system deployments.
  • We provide on‑site training to clients as needed.
