Matchtech is seeking an experienced Test Lead to head the testing function for a large-scale transformation programme. The role involves defining the overall testing strategy, governance, and quality assurance across multiple work streams and suppliers, with leadership of the testing team.
Extensive experience in Agile and Waterfall, complex environments, and cross-organisational testing is essential. BPSS/CTC clearance is required where applicable; remote with some office attendance.
