Position: Fidelity Project Manager – Hybrid Role

In this role, you will focus on planning and managing projects for FCC’s digital platform, ensuring alignment with business needs and stakeholder expectations. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with business stakeholders for project delivery

• Create and manage project plans with key milestones

• Act as Scrum Master for distributed teams

• Promote Agile methodologies and principles organization-wide

• Oversee project resource allocation and risk management

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in project management

• Agile frameworks experience, Scrum or SAFe knowledge

• Post-secondary degree or equivalent work experience

• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

• Certifications such as Agile/SAFe/Scrum Master or PMP preferred
