Spherica is hiring a 3rd Line Technical Support Engineer to join its rapidly growing IT managed services team. You will handle day-to-day infrastructure, network, and security tasks within a 24/7 coverage model, working on a DuPont shift pattern.
The role requires hands-on experience with IT security controls, Fortinet SDWAN, Cisco ISE, and Meraki Wi‑Fi, plus strong problem-solving skills and client-facing communication. Remote work is available with travel to client sites as needed.
