Data Product Management Consultant Remote

Join our client as a Principal Data Governance & Data Product Management Consultant in a dynamic remote environment. Drive data quality, ownership, and insights within the tourism industry.

This 2-year contract role based in British Columbia seeks a seasoned consultant to lead data governance efforts. You will create data policies, support data stewardship, and facilitate training for effective data ownership. Identifying intelligent data acquisition methods will also be part of your responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and standardize data governance standards

• Mentor individuals in data stewardship

• Create key policies for data management

• Lead data acquisition processes and frameworks

• Develop insights for segmentation and activation

Requirements:

• Over 8 years in data governance or management

• Experience in data stewardship implementation

• Solid privacy and compliance knowledge

• Background in data product management

• Exposure to marketing or tourism analytics
