Agile Delivery Manager at Vancity

Lead agile delivery for Vancity as a Manager, providing strategic direction and fostering high-performing teams. This full-time position is based at our Vancouver office with a remote work option.

As a Manager of Agile Delivery, you will spearhead a team of Scrum Masters and guide cross-functional pods to achieve meaningful member and business results. You’re expected to enhance delivery practices, navigate complex dependencies, and promote agile methodologies across the organization. This role prioritizes collaboration, coaching, and effective relationship-building with diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of Scrum Masters

• Coach delivery teams to enhance agile practices

• Manage dependencies and communicate with senior leaders

• Support new pod launches and backlog shaping

• Analyze delivery metrics for improvement

Requirements:

• 7+ years in agile delivery environments

• 3+ years in people leadership roles

• Strong knowledge of agile frameworks

• Proven experience managing risks and dependencies

• Agile certifications such as CSP or SAFe Agilist
