User Experience Research Consultant

Position: User Experience Research Consultant Hybrid Role
Location: Quebec

Transform user experience through UX research as a User Experience Advisor at iA Financial Group. This hybrid role is pivotal in enhancing the advisor and customer journey with strategic insights and data.

As a User Experience Advisor–UX Research, you will lead the charge in managing user research practices. This includes collaborating with stakeholders to define objectives and conducting various research types to validate UX concepts. Your ability to analyze and communicate findings will significantly influence design strategies across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and evolve user research methodologies

• Support stakeholder collaboration for research needs

• Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback

• Synthesize data into clear recommendations

• Implement web analytics to monitor user experience

Requirements:

• At least five years of relevant UX research experience

• Strong background in qualitative and quantitative methods

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills

• Knowledge of web analytics tools

• Intermediate English proficiency for user testing
