Location: Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta
Dealls – Jobs, CV & Mentoring seeks a customer-focused professional to support Kantor Ku HRIS during setup and usage, delivering online and on-site assistance. You will ensure clients feel supported, resolve issues, and help keep the system running smoothly.
As the primary contact, you will build a robust knowledge base, assist with data migration, and relay client feedback to Product & Tech. Fresh grads are welcome, with 1–2 years in SaaS or tech startups preferred.
