Select Jobs in Sliedrecht is op zoek naar een Helpdesk Engineer die als technisch aanspreekpunt fungeert binnen het serviceteam. Je ondersteunt klanten, installateurs en collega’s bij vragen en storingen aan gebouwbeheersystemen en analyseert meldingen zodat oplossingen snel worden toegepast.
Je registreert werkzaamheden, bewaakt voortgang en communiceert duidelijk met klanten over de status en verwachtingen. Ervaring met afstandsdiagnose is een pre en nauwkeurigheid is cruciaal.
