Centinell is seeking an IT Helpdesk Technician (Junior) – Level 1 to join our support team. You will assist clients remotely and onsite, handling day-to-day technical issues and guiding users through solutions to minimise downtime.
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, basic knowledge of Windows and Mac OS, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication. Hybrid or remote work options are available based on role requirements.
