Tangem solutions offer multi-support of a growing number of thousands of tokens by a single wallet. SBI Crypto Investment Ltd., the digital asset venture investment company wholly owned by SBI Holdings Inc., has invested $15 million into Tangem in 2019 for mass adoption of blockchain technology.
We are looking for a LATAM Growth Lead who will own Tangem’s growth and expansion across Latin America. This is a highly autonomous, results-driven role with a strong focus on user acquisition, market expansion, and revenue growth
. You will be responsible for developing and executing the regional go-to-market strategy, managing marketing budgets, selecting the most effective acquisition channels, and driving measurable growth of Tangem wallet users throughout LATAM. As the regional owner, you will independently lead strategy and execution while collaborating closely with global marketing, product, and business development teams.
- Own Tangem’s growth strategy and execution across Latin America.
- Develop and execute a clear Go-To-Market strategy with defined acquisition channels, budgets, and KPIs.
- Identify, test, and scale user acquisition channels, including digital marketing, partnerships, influencers, affiliates, communities, events, and retail initiatives.
- Analyze the LATAM crypto ecosystem, competitive landscape, local market trends, and user behavior.
- Manage and optimize regional marketing budgets based on performance metrics and ROI.
- 3+ years of experience in growth, marketing, business development, or market expansion.
- Deep understanding of the crypto ecosystem and user adoption trends across Latin America.
- Experience launching or scaling products in one or more LATAM markets.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision‑making.
- High level of ownership, accountability, and ability to work independently.
- Professional English proficiency;
Spanish is required, and Portuguese is a strong plus. - Willingness to travel across the region as needed.
