Join BGIS as a First Level Support Analyst, where you’ll provide vital technical assistance to clients, ensuring smooth operations and high satisfaction.
This full-time role involves addressing technical issues across hardware and software, impacting a diverse user base including remote workers. Successful candidates should possess strong analytical and customer service skills, with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, logging calls, and training new staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot hardware and application issues effectively
• Provide superior customer service across multiple channels
• Document solutions for recurring problems
• Manage user accounts and permissions
• Participate in knowledge base development
Requirements:
• 2-3 years in a Service Desk or technical support role
