This mid-level position is ideal for collaborative problem solvers who can handle their ticket queue and assist customers with clear communication. You will work with engineering teams to resolve technical issues and help shape support processes while maintaining operational clarity. Your contributions will support both customer satisfaction and internal efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming Freshdesk tickets and ensure timely responses

• Troubleshoot issues and reproduce user-reported behaviors

• Log bugs with comprehensive steps and evidence

• Maintain running logs of open cases for follow-ups

• Enhance support workflows and document procedures clearly

Requirements:

• Proven ability to troubleshoot without immediate support

• Experience with Freshdesk or similar platforms

• Methodical approach to problem-solving and documentation

• Strong communication skills under pressure

• Organized with multiple tickets and priorities
