Dialog is hiring for a remote customer support specialist with a strong web tech background. You will handle tickets, chat, email and online meetings, guiding partners through the Whats App Business ecosystem and coordinating with L2 teams to deliver effective solutions.
Ideal candidates have 3–4 years in support, a CS/tech degree, and interest in advancing in a technical support path. The role is fully remote and requires English plus another language.
